What is your cancellation policy?
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to check-in.
Spa Services Cancellation: 24 hour notice for One Service, 72 hour notice for Two or more Services (Groups included). “No show” is a 50% charge of the service price.
Meeting Room Cancellation: Advanced deposit Required. For cancellations made within 7 business days of the function, 50% of the food charge will be your responsibility. For cancellations made prior to 7 business days of the event, no other funds will be due.
Is there a pre-authorization charge?
A pre-authorization of $100.00 per night, not to exceed $200.00, above the estimated room & tax balance is required at time of check-in. At check out, after an inspection of the room, the incidental authorization will be dropped if not needed for room charges, damages, or loss of property.
What is the Cloud 9 Reservation policy?
We gladly accept larger parties but reserve the right to apply a gratuity of 20% to groups of 8 or larger.
Is there a lodging tax in Maine?
Yes, the current Maine State Lodging tax is 9%.

Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We do offer pet-friendly rooms for an additional pet fee of $50.00 per pet, per reservation. It is the responsibility of all guests to notify the hotel of any pets staying in the room.
What is your smoking policy?
Our establishment strictly enforces a NO SMOKING POLICY (this includes tobacco, Vaping or marijuana smoking). A $350.00 Smoking Fee will be charged to any guest who breaks this policy.
What are the pool hours?
The indoor heated saltwater pool and hot tub are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The outdoor pool is open seasonally.
