The spa and health club at the Senator Inn & Spa occupy three floors and over 5,000 square feet towards the rear of the hotel property. The first floor features our signature indoor mineral pool, luxurious private locker rooms for both men and women, a steam room and saunas. The swimming pool is ideal for lap swimming, wading or simply lounging in comfortable chairs in natural lighting. Swim aerobics classes, taught by a qualified fitness instructor, are also offered on a regular schedule.

The lobby level floor is home to an expanded gym and fitness studio as well as a wonderful boutique where guests can purchase a variety of spa related products, skin care products, including Jurlique and Aveda and Peter Thomas Roth, as well as locally-made products including jewelry, clothing and personal accessories. The gym features cardiovascular machines with private television screens and headphones, Cybex circuit training equipment and free weights. A personal trainer is available to assist members and guests with a structured workout designed to improve overall fitness. Regular yoga, pilates and aerobics classes are scheduled in the adjacent fitness studio.

The top floor of the spa is dedicated to aesthetic, treatment and massage therapy rooms. With four massage therapy rooms and attendant massage therapists, three aesthetic rooms, including a hair salon, a comfortable dining area overlooking the pool and a lounge with a fireplace for guests to relax and enjoy before or after a spa treatment, the Senator Inn & Spa caters to the relaxation and aesthetic needs of its guests.
