Banquets: General Information

ROOM SELECTIONS
We work with you to provide the most appropriate room for your event. Roomselections are determined by the number of expected guests. If the number fluctuates or circumstances dictate, we may reassign a room to better accommodate your guests.

SEATING
For dining, guests are seated at oval tables. Other seating accommodations are available for special table arrangements, or particular requirements for head tables. Simply advise your Guest Service Representative within ten working days of the event for special requests.

GUARANTEE
We require that attendance be specified a minimum of 72 hours prior to the function date, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the full guarantee will be paid. If attendance exceeds this number, the quoted price per person will be assessed for each additional cover. If no guarantee is received, charges are based upon the maximum number of guests given in preliminary arrangements.

PRICING
The enclosed pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices generally are quoted per person, unless otherwise noted. Important: If you have selected 2 entree choices, there will be a $1 per guest surcharge.

CUSTOMIZED MENUS
We would be happy to work with you in advance to tailor a menu to suit your particular needs or tastes. Themed parties or buffets are a specialty, and decorations, music, entertainment and special effects can be arranged to complement your menu and theme.

HEART HEALTHY
Heart Healthy entrees are designated with a . These items tend to be lighter and may be deliciously prepared in a low fat and low cholesterol manner. In addition, a number of products are available for guests who require special dietary consideration. Such items as heart healthy margarine, low fat milk, sugar and salt substitutes, fat-free, sugar-free yogurt, heart healthy desserts which are fruit juice sweetened, egg beaters and all-fruit jams are among many specialized products which we are pleased to provide on request. Specialized menu consultation also is an option which we are qualified to offer to our guests at no additional charge. 

SERVICE CHARGE AND STATE TAX
A 16% service charge is applied to all food and beverage purchased. In addition, a 7% state sales tax is added to standard taxable purchases.

OVERNIGHT LODGING
If overnight guest rooms are required, reservations can be arranged through your Guest Service Representative and Front Desk. The Inn features standard, medium, deluxe and luxury accommodations, and if desired, we will provide reservation request cards and brochures for you to include in mailings to guests attending functions held with us.

EXTRA BANQUET LABOR CHARGE
Groups guaranteeing less than twenty people are subject to an extra banquet labor charge.

BILLING
Advance deposits are required to hold dates, and payment in full is expected upon presentation of the bill the day of the function.
