Our Cancellation Policies
Hotel Room Cancellation
~ 4pm the day of Arrival.
~ 24 hour notice for One Service.
~ 72 hour notice for Two or more Services (Groups included).
~ “No show” is a half charge.
Meeting Room Cancellation
~ Advanced deposit Required.
~ Non-Refundable (unless the room is re-rented).
~ Refund available for event food if cancelled 72 hours in advance.
We gladly accept larger parties but reserve the right to apply a gratuity of 20% to groups of 8 or larger.
**There is no penalty for cancellation in in-climate weather scenarios.
